Awesome Headphones for Polyphasic Naps

When I was on the Uberman schedule, I used these headphones with an iPod playing ocean sounds that had an alarm after 20 minutes.
I was able to shut out all the world's noises with these. I accidentally crushed mine and it snapped, so I bought another one.

My name is Jorel. I am currently currently a monophasic sleeper, however, I am in preparation to start The Batman Sleep Schedule. In the past, I tried the Uberman schedule for about a year but had to give it up due to relationship strains.
